Recoverable Grant Partnership
Build Strong Fathers. Restore Families. Transform Futures.
Single Fathers Network invites forward-thinking philanthropic partners to deploy recoverable grant capital that strengthens single-father households — and returns to serve even more families.
This partnership deck is designed for foundations, DAF grantmakers, family offices, impact-first philanthropists, and institutions that deploy recoverable grants as a tool for catalytic, recyclable impact. Together, we can build a funding model that moves families from crisis to stability — and multiplies outcomes over time.

About Us
Who We Are
Single Fathers Network is a 501(c)(3) public charity headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to strengthening single fathers and their families through coordinated programming, navigation, and stabilizing supports.
We believe that when fathers are equipped with the right resources | legal guidance, financial literacy, mental health support, and parenting education | entire families are transformed. Our model is designed to meet fathers where they are and walk with them toward lasting stability and self-sufficiency.
Since earning our federal tax-exempt status in January 2023, we have been building the infrastructure, partnerships, and program pathways necessary to deliver measurable, scalable impact across the communities we serve.

The Challenge
The Need Is Real — and Urgent
Single fathers often face overlapping barriers that create instability for the entire household. These challenges are not isolated — they compound. A custody dispute leads to financial strain, which triggers mental health decline, which undermines a father's ability to show up for his children. Without coordinated support, families remain trapped in cycles of crisis.
Legal Complexity
Custody, parenting time, and child support disputes without adequate legal guidance or representation
Mental Health Strain
Isolation, depression, and chronic stress with few male-centered support pathways
Financial Disruption
Limited income mobility, debt accumulation, and housing instability
Navigation Gaps
Lack of coordinated support across fragmented social service systems
Our approach: Build a structured pathway that moves families from crisis → stability → thriving — with measurable milestones at every stage.
Our Model
Centers of Impact
Single Fathers Network organizes all services through four Centers of Impact — integrated pillars of support that ensure fathers and their families receive holistic, coordinated care. Each Center has clearly defined programs and service lines, designed for measurable delivery and scalable expansion across new markets.
Family Development Center
Parenting education, child bonding, and school success
Health & Wellness Center
Mental health, resilience, and access to care
Family Law Center
Legal empowerment and pro se education
Financial Education Center
Budgeting, career readiness, and stability supports
This four-center architecture allows us to track outcomes, optimize utilization, and scale individual programs independently — making recoverable grant capital especially effective.

Funding Model
What Is a Recoverable Grant — and Why It Fits SFN
A recoverable grant is philanthropic funding made with an expectation of repayment if the initiative meets agreed-upon milestones or financial triggers. Unlike a traditional loan, it carries no interest and repayment is contingent on impact — not guaranteed. When capital is repaid, it can be redeployed into future impact, creating a multiplier effect that stretches every philanthropic dollar further.

Why SFN Is Seeking Recoverable Grants
Accelerate Scale
Expand program reach without waiting for unrestricted fundraising cycles that can take years to materialize
Build Infrastructure
Fund capacity-building and delivery systems that strengthen long-term organizational sustainability
Launch Repayable Impact
Create revolving support mechanisms — like stability pools — aligned with responsible stewardship principles
Recyclable Capital
Establish a recyclable capital stream that multiplies outcomes over time — every dollar serves more than one family
Capital Deployment
Where Recoverable Grant Capital Will Go
Recoverable grant partners can choose from several deployment options — each tied to specific programs, measurable milestones, and defined repayment pathways. Below are three illustrative options that demonstrate how capital creates compounding impact.
Option A: Program Scale & Delivery Infrastructure
  • Expand Dad Labs and Dad Pods across all four Centers of Impact
  • Strengthen utilization tracking and outcomes reporting systems
  • Build repeatable cohort delivery capacity for multi-site expansion
Option B: Navigation & Partner Utilization Engine
  • Formalize referral workflows and partner utilization tracking
  • Increase access to care, legal navigation, and coaching supports
  • Improve speed-to-service and follow-through rates
Option C: Revolving Stability Supports
  • Create a controlled, policy-driven stability support pool
  • Prioritize prevention of housing, transportation, and legal destabilization
  • Repayment returns capital to serve future families

Ideal Partners
Who This Is For

DAF Grantmakers
Seeking recyclable impact — capital that returns to fund future grants
Family Offices
